I find that people will hit your site a lot if you have give aways.
even if it a charm forest t-shirt ect. people love to get gifts for
contest. They will invite friends to see if they can get it to.
It keeps them coming back to see whats new.
If someone gives you a tip put there name at the top of the page, everyone likes to see there name at the top.
Try to stay current with stuff.
Newest thing right now all over is halloween, you might want to have contest with something small from there. Use one of your coupons or something. If you look at the blogs here it looks like a lot of the people that like to enter everything.
Make sure to set up a seperate page or area for trading.
trading is big.
